I’m running a little (free) program to help people pay cash for the holidays in 2012. You can join here.
If you have a friend that could benefit from a cash-only holiday for this year, spread the word!

Jesse,
Thanks very much for providing the motivation!!!!!
I see why YNAB is the best budget software.
Thanks,
Jeff
I generally have paid cash for Christmas but last year I started setting aside $150 a month. It was great not having to stress out over the holidays over where the money was going to come from.
How about we all stop being such crazy consumers over the holidays and focus on what matters instead. I have done my holidays debt free my entire adult life by making things for my family and friends rather than stressing over buying them SOMETHING ANYTHING. If you see the PERFECT gift for a reasonable price for someone you love, go for it. But I hate when people buy me things that I don’t really need because they feel they have to or I won’t feel loved and so I don’t do that to my family. Most of us Americans don’t need more stuff anyways.
Hmm..is this little free program have a download…or I just wait until they send me the link?
Maybe I missed something :S
