I'm using an HTC Droid Incredible 2, and not seeing it, so maybe it's unique to your phone. I suggest sending your log files to Support for a look-see. Here are Graham's instructions to do that:
Install a log reader. I recommend aLogCat.
Start aLogCat straight after you experience the problem you are trying to tell me about. Press the search button (magnifying glass), and enter YNAB as the filter text.
Once you can see lots of log output which looks as if it comes from YNAB, select Share from the menu.
From the Share menu, select the Email option (or whatever is most appropriate in your case), and send the data to
support@youneedabudget.com.
