Spent

Spent

I read the book Spent by Sally Palaian this year. It was really helpful.

I also read How to Get Out of Debt, Stay Out of Debt, and Live Prosperously by Jerrold Mundis and a Currency of Hope from Debtors Anonymous both were good reads but difficult to implement to me personally as the DA program asks that you create a realistic and livable budget without concerning yourself with debt bills at all and then only divide what is left over to go towards debt which requires you to contact your lenders and work out a new payment plan and possibly go to court. I'm not sure I'm desparate enough yet for that extreme of measures.

Going to court for me is always a last resort. I dont like going for a traffic ticket. However in these economic times, most creditors are willing to work out a payment arrangement.

When we were in debt I really liked Get Out of Debt, Stay Out of Debt, and Live Prosperously by Jerrold Mundis and found it very helpful.
