YNAB You Need A Budget

I think someone else also requested this feature before.

It would be nice to show the the budgeted amount as a percentage of the total available to budget. Just so that I have an idea of where I'm allocating my dollars.

I wouldn't want to budget by percentage, but would be nice just as a display for the budget. And we wouldn't need it for the actual outflow since that can be viewed via the report.
