YNAB You Need A Budget

I'd like to have the ability to either disable or turn DOWN the sensitivity of the multiple "pop-ups" (when you hold your mouse over an area of the spreadsheet) of YNAB 3 as those pop-ups get annoying when I don't really want/need to see them and they're always popping up quickly yet I need to wait for them to disappear before continuing what I wanted to do (which wastes valuable time and is annoying).

YNAB Pro was a lot less distracting in this regard as the "hot spots" for popups were limited and the response not so instantaneous (a GOOD thing).
