Hi there, I am having a little trouble knowing how to manage transactions related to paying off your mortgage fully, and slowly increasing it again as we undergo a house building project...I haven't got a real handle on the program as it is yet, and this really throws a spanner in the works! I can't seem to find info on the forums, either. I have recorded the mortgage repayment from our house sale as a credit in our mortgage column, but don't know if that was the right thing to do... Is anyone able to guide me through this a little please? Thanks in advance.
