Forum time zone incorrect

I had the time zone set to Eastern Standard Time (-5), and it was incorrectly displaying the time as an hour ahead of what it really was, so I had to set it as Central to display the correct time. There are no daylight time settings as far as I can remember. Might want to fix this....

In the User Control Panel, under Board Preferences, Edit Global Settings, there is a Summer Time/DST radio button. :)
