How long does it take to receive the licensing key? I bought the software last night and still haven’t received the email containing it but have gotten other emails from YNAB since then. I also tried to do the search option on the YNAB site and it wasn’t able to find it. The transaction is showing up on my paypal account as completed so emailed the support staff about this and haven't heard back.
I am in a dog pile of trouble with the husband and really need to get this started!

If your spam filter ate the email and you can't retrieve it, all is not lost. You can enter the email address you used to order plus your last name to look up your license key: http://www.youneedabudget.com/support/y ... er-lookup/
