In regard to "eating right", I thought I'd add a little anecdote: My husband and I have discovered the miracle of lemons. Type "lemon health benefits" into google and look at all the great things lemons do for you. Our discovery started when my husband was in pain due to a very small kidney stone. In his desperation for relief from the pain, he did some research on kidney stones and stumbled upon how lemon juice and water would help crush the stone and rid him of his pain within a couple of weeks. He was skeptical, however, whilst going back and forth with the doctor, he figured he had nothing to lose. Well, it worked! The doctor had actually wanted him to pass the stone and somehow save it for analysis later, but the lemon juice and water really did crush it and so he never felt it pass and the pain was entirely gone (I think it took about 2-3 weeks). Upon further reading in regards to the wonders of cutting sugar out where possible and replacing all of his drinks with lemon juice (no sugar.....you'll acquire a taste for it without the sugar), he has also enjoyed losing weight and getting into his "skinny jeans". You would have thought he'd won the lottery the way he strutted around in those jeans that day!! :lol:

So for all you work-out buffs, cut down on your sugar and integrate lemons into your diets! :D

I can't cut down much on sugar, rarely eat it. But how do you get the lemon juice not to cause extreme tooth sensitivity?
