YNAB You Need A Budget

Since upgrading to YNAB 3, I've been downloading my transactions from my banks the same way -- using Firefox and associating the QFX file to YNAB 3. Everything regarding that had worked fine since December. However, in the last few days, it now tries to open an new instance of YNAB 3, even though I have an instance already open. I have to open the download folder and manually import the correct file. Thoughts on why it's broken now?
