I have a question about the above screenshot:

Why do the two bits of the report screen go back to May when the first entry in the register is 15 June? I dont get it at all.

Helen, they actually go back to April 2012. You can select the months shown by adjusting the blue slider at the bottom of the screen (currently set to show months from April to July 2012). Simply click on the pointers at either end and drag them to the month(s) you want in order to change the months shown in the data table and on the graph.
