YNAB You Need A Budget

I'm a new YNAB user and have been really happy so far. The one issue I have ran into is that when I import my credit unions transactions as a QIF file, they don't match with manually entered in transactions or previously imported transactions. I read on the forum that you can select the two matching transactions and right click and choose match. When I try that, match is grayed out. I'm I missing something?
