Error 505 when syncing
Why am I getting Error 505 when syncing?
First, make sure you've updated the mobile app. Check for updates by going to the App Store on your phone.
If that doesn't fix it, please follow the steps:
Run Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Select Internet Options from the Tools menu. (You might have to hit ALT to see the Tools menu appear.) The Internet Options dialog opens.
Click the Advanced tab.
Scroll through the list until you find HTTP 1.1 Settings.
Select the Use HTTP 1.1 checkbox if it's not already checked. If it is already checked, uncheck it.
