What if Your Anxiety & The Amount You Budget Were Directly Related?

I won’t beat around the bush—there is a direct, cause-and-effect relationship between your anxiety about money and how often you interact with your budget in a meaningful way.

If you don’t budget, I’m going to go out on a limb and say, you probably shoulder a lot of anxiety about money. This is how most people come to YNAB—they are stressed, they are drowning, they are overwhelmed, and it’s impacting their quality of life in a big way.

And even taking that first step of deciding to budget and setting it up for the first time, feels really good. It feels productive. With a plan, you can begin to take back control. Total control is the goal and this is where it starts.
