Financial Wellness by YNAB
Your Team’s Financial Stress Is Stressing Your Business, And That’s Our Business.
Boost Your Team’s Productivity at Work by Eliminating Their Money Stress at Home
When your employees are experiencing financial stress at home, they are five times more likely to be distracted and regularly use work hours to deal with financial concerns. To top it off, employees who are stressed about their finances are much less likely to feel satisfied with their compensation.*
Did you know...
70% of your team is living paycheck to paycheck. With YNAB, your employees will be living a month ahead of their bills instead of a month behind.
The #1 cause of employee stress is their personal finances. With YNAB, your employees won’t overdraft, and won’t need to ask for paycheck advances.
30% of your team is using credit cards to pay for monthly necessities they can’t otherwise afford. With YNAB, they’ll always pay their credit cards in full.
Nearly 50% of your team spends 12+ hours each month dealing with personal finance stress. With YNAB, your employees will have peace of mind knowing their bills and savings goals are on autopilot.
If your team is stressed about money, it's your problem. We are the solution.
YNAB stands for You Need A Budget. Because you do, we do, and so do your employees. Since 2004, we’ve been teaching people how to transform their finances and create a whole new mindset around money management with our proven method and award-winning software.
On average, new budgeters save $600 by month two and more than $6,000 in their first year! Let us teach your team how to break the paycheck to paycheck cycle, get out of debt, and save more money. They’ll love you for it—and you’ll love the effect it has on your company’s bottom line.
When we had control of where our money was going, we were shocked at how much we could do with what we had.”

What’s the price?
We’re glad you asked, and that we can tell you without making you go through some lame enterprise sales/demo pitch to “figure out” what the price should be. Price can be broken down into two straightforward parts:
We teach for free, and keep the lights on by selling software. Depending on your needs, logistics, geography, etc. we’ll set your team up with any (or all) of the following:
- Email onboarding: Free
- Dedicated online portal for your company: Free
- 1:1 Email support: Free
- Weekly small online workshops: Free
- A private kickoff intro online webinar: Free (minimum 30 registrants)
- A live intro workshop, onsite: Free (minimum 50, and travel is reimbursed)
(See? We told you that we teach for free!)
The YNAB software is the same price we charge every user: $84 per year per employee. Based on your company’s budget needs, you can opt to subsidize, reimburse, or use a PEPM model (based on utilization). We’ve seen that it’s good for your employees to have some “skin in the game” and hope you’ll consider that as you decide your funding approach.
